  I waited 20 mins. as the first person in line at the registers while the cashiers obviously are instructed to ask each customer to become a points reward member/credit card holder. There were also 2 managers behind the registers to assist with 1 exchange. While I understand this new neighborhood store wanting to expand their customer base, having people wait an unreasonable amount of time to "pay" seems ridiculous. Let's use some common sense- customer service!

  Neglectful customer service. I wanted to get points from my loyalist but was told it was account was blank. This was annoying since I had just made a purchase the day before. During that purchase they asked for the info and did not communicate that there was a problem. So I assumed I was getting points. Shady!! The cashier asked for assistance from the manager who couldn't stop training for one second to assist him. She just ignored us and kept training while we stood there waiting. She FINALLY came over and was pretty unhelpful. She noted that I was recording the interaction and asked for my ID to restart the loyalist account again. The cashier asked for my ID, and I so no. I'll just use the "debit" He said he needed it regardless. I showed it to him but noted that they didn't ask the day before. He hardly even looked at it. Anyway, I recorded the exchange as part of a blog about poor customer service experiences. She didn't appreciate that and had another manager follow me out. I suppose that's the only time they can be bothered with customer interactions. The inventory is not great either. You can definitely pass on this store. Besides there is an off Fifth in the Bronx that is better.
