  UPDATED ENTRY! I went to Claire's 2 days ago to do some therapeutic shopping and left with some pretty cool accessories! The cashier at the time BRITT was so cool and friendly definitely a representation of what Claires stands for loved her so much. I returned yesterday to return some items that didn't look too flattering. The employee YAHAIRA kept on giving me the run around as to why I can't return my items which one of her excuses was because the manager wasn't there even though she was standing right next to her. She kept asking me if I wanted to exchange it and I SAID NO. After I returned the items I said good day and she just stood there as if she was entitled to respect. Due to her nasty attitude today I will be going back to claire's to return more items then I wanted to yesterday. Afterwards I'll head to Victorias Secret and buy something cute and PINK with the money I had put into Claire's. Pick your employees better. UPDATE 10/6: Today I went to return my items back to Claire's and my am I surprised! The manager Shyanne was so gracious and helpful it was sheer heaven
