  4/9/17: Shawn and Jeff were energetic, knowledgeable and helpful! Great buy! 5 stars. Update 5/13/17: Mattress arrived with missing straps (to keep the 2 twin size Rize Edge HT adjustable base frames together) and high legs. Bed is higher than what was seen in the store because of the legs and the deliverymen said they didn't know why we weren't told about the height of the legs. Called the store when it was delivered, spoke to Shawn or Jeff. We were told they would send straps and look for appropriate height legs. We called back when we didn't hear from them. Needless to say, there was no follow up on their end and we did not get any legs or straps. Shawn and Jeff initially asked us to post a high review to help their store out since the company gives them some sort of incentive and we were happy to do it at the time. Review changed to 2 stars due to poor follow up and customer care once they've made a sell.
