Alejandro was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. After talking to him I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. The whole process took a little longer than I anticipated, but Alejandro's guidance made the transition a smooth one. Aneel and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and clearly demonstrated a sense of professionalism and cooperation.
